The flotation separator produced by FTM adopts the new structure including forward tilting tank, double-sided blade water wheel, with the installation of diversion tube and false bottom device. The flow of the ore pulp fixed in the groove with up and down double-cycle way, which is advantageous to the suspension of coarse minerals, can be self-priming air, self-priming pulp, don't need the foam pump. FTM Flotation machine as one of the most widely used mineral processing equipment, mainly using the chemical and physical properties of the mineral surface, with the aid of air bubbles' buoyancy from the pulp realize mineral separation process. In the ore dressing and metallurgical operation, it is very suitable for the selection of copper, zinc, gold and other non-ferrous metals, and also suitable for the coarse separating and fine separating of black metal and non-metal.

The flotation separator consists of slurry tank, mixing device, inflating device, discharging mineralized foam device, motor and so on.
Slurry tank: It has the inlet of the slurry, and the gate device for regulating the slurry, which is mainly composed of the channel welded with steel plate and the gate welded with the round steel.
Mixing device: It is used to stir the ore pulp to prevent the deposit of ore sand in the tank body, which consists of pulley, impeller, vertical shaft, etc. The impeller is made of wear-resistant rubber.
Inflating device: It is made up of inlet duct, when the impeller rotates, negative pressure is formed in the impeller chamber and absorb the air which through the hollow pump line, and then these air dispersion in the slurry forming bubble group. The pulp with a large number of air bubbles by the rotation of the impeller force and was soon thrown to the stator, further making bubbles in pulp refining, and eliminate the rotation of the pulp flow in the flotation cell, resulted in a large number of micro bubble raising vertically, providing the necessary conditions for the flotation process.
Discharging mineralized foam device:, The motor drives reducer and the reducer drives the scraper blade, meanwhile, the scraper blade will scrape the foam floating on the trough.
